Job Description
Under the direction of the BUD Haemophilia, the candidate will collaborate with marketing managers to develop and execute digital marketing tactics and campaigns for Hemophilia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze digital campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results. Extract strategic insights to improve future initiatives.
- Utilize AI tools and programming to enhance digital marketing efforts.
- Facilitate innovative thinking and initiatives within the team.
- Support the creation of digital content. If possible, contribute to the design and composition of marketing assets (emails, landing pages, visuals), enhancing the team's autonomy and agility.
- Manage and optimize the company's digital specialized presence across various platforms.
- Facilitate and support the end-to-end process of marketing material development — from content creation to approval workflows (compliance, legal, medical), design, deployment, and post-launch analysis — ensuring smooth and timely execution.
- Support the design and execution of customer journeys with multiple digital and physical touchpoints (e.g., congresses, summits, local campaigns), contributing proactively with insights, expertise, and alignment to the company’s strategy to ensure a cohesive and impactful experience for healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or consultancy industry for a minimum of 1 year.
- Strong technical background with proficiency in AI programming and tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media management tools).
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance constraints within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills English.
