Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Take your career to the next level with Amaris Consulting as a Product Owner.Be part of an international team and thrive in a global group with a €800M turnover and over 1,000 clients worldwide. You’ll work in an agile environment, where collaboration and innovation are key. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable, high-quality applications and will be comfortable working across the entire stack. Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.
✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
4 to 6 years of experience as a Product Owner (PO) with a background in banking.
Strong proficiency in Stakeholder Management and working with Scrum methodologies.
Experience in Product Design and collaborating closely with design teams.
Solid knowledge of backend development and version control tools such as Git.
Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Gather, analyze, and define product requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders
- Write and prioritize clear, actionable user stories
- Own the product backlog and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value product increments
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies (planning, review, retrospectives)
- Ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining product quality
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Agile product ownership
