You'll play a key role in ensuring that each release delivers real value to airports, improving operational efficiency and the passenger journey. This role is not just about managing a backlog; it's about aligning technology, user needs, and business goals to transform how airports operate.
What You'll Do
As a Product Owner, you will work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to turn the vision of our aviation data platform into reality.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Defining and prioritizing the product roadmap in line with business strategy.
- Translating business requirements into epics and user stories.
Analyzing and validating requirements for completeness, feasibility, and alignment with standards. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Managing and prioritizing the product backlog based on roadmap and business priorities.
- Participating actively in design, development, and testing phases.
Ensuring continuous product value aligned with customer and business needs. - Applying Scrum best practices in day-to-day work.
✅ What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner.
- Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, software testing, or product support.
Strong Agile background (Scrum or Kanban). - Agile Product Owner Certification and/or Scrum Master Certification and/or UX Design Certification.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
- Positive, proactive attitude in fast-paced environments.
Nice-to-haves:
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience in large-scale digital product delivery. - Knowledge of best practices in UX/UI collaboration.
