We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Product owner to join our dynamic team.
You will analyse stakeholders and business requirements to propose tailored solutions, coordinate with developers and stakeholders, and create documentation and training materials for end users.
What you’ll do
You will collaborate with engineering, design and stakeholders across the organisation to deliver cross-platform products that scale.
We expect you to be passionate about the customer and focused on defining and promoting the evolution of products to maximize their value, ensure the understanding, explanation and delivery of the product vision with the most user-centric and data-driven approach.
Create the roadmap aligned with the business and technical team.
Define, maintain and track product KPIs, roadmap and backlog.
Maintain product backlog prioritized and ready.
Define User Stories with the DOR agreed with the team.
Gather stakeholder feedback for stories.
Ensure alignment between technology and product, product and business.
You have to be able to communicate in both business and technical language to ensure that the purpose and value of the product increment is explained to the team.
You have to provide visibility into the evolution status of the product and the impact results of product iterations.
Communicate the impact of the evolution to the team and the business.
Communicate and manage dependencies with other product teams to avoid blocking or being blocked by other teams
What You’ll Need
At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment in an online business.
Familiarity with API integrations is highly valued and will be considered a strong asset.
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Knowledge in the healthcare sector.
Experience in B2B and B2C products.
You have a strong background in user experience in order to think and define product evolution with this user centric approach.
You have to understand the product and the role of the product in the business and the customer journeys.
German communication skill is a plus.
