We need someone like you to help us on different fronts:
- Strategic Onboarding Vision : The candidate will reach a consensus between the different country’s needs current identified bottle neck & best practices to develop and execute a common E2E global onboarding and customer life cycle management for companies with the objective of reaching a client seamless UX, time efficient and NPS measured experience. This ensuring the maximum standard of regulatory compliance for both New to bank onboarding and Customer life cycle management.
- Data Driven Approach : The candidate will apply a data-driven approach to continuously improve decision-making between the countries leveraging key digital metrics and performance data to guide strategic decisions
- Define the combination of digitalisation, Processes and human expertise : The candidate will integrate in the E2E journey self-service functionalities & digitalization, streamlined processes, and human touch to enhance operational efficiency and innovation depending on the companies different users, needs and size
- Agile Product Management : The candidate will manage cross-functional teams, cross-border teams using Agile Product Management methodologies to deliver iterative value, improve responsiveness, and foster continuous improvement.
- Design the tracking of relevant OKR : The candidate will design and implement a comprehensive system tracking relevant OKRs (conversion rate, time to operate, other internal metrics, voice of customer, commercial bankers input) to ensure strategic alignment, accountability, and measurable impact of the new omnichannel onboarding & customer lifecycle management processes
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Wealth/financial industry or strategic advisory
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or similar
- MBA/Master in financial markets/finance would be valuable
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Good technological acumen
- Deep commercial business understanding
- Analytical thinking
