Job Summary
Within the Converting Factory of Tetra Pak in Arganda del Rey (Madrid) we are now looking for a Production Systems Administrator who will support the organization to achieve targets and sustain the gains through WCM Implementation. In this role you will support WCM implementation within Factory, coordinate P2 / SAP production systems and work at the WCM execution according to the Factory strategy.
What you will do
- Participate in the definition and execution of factory WCM roadmap.
- Collaborate in the definition of the Arganda factory strategy
- Lead one WCM Pillar
- Support and audit WCM Teams.
- Support the progress of the Autonomous Maintenance program, both in production and offices.
- Become coach and reference for problem solving tools and teams’ methodologies.
- Collaborate in the benchmarking and cross-fertilization program among factories, within Tetra Pak and externally.
- Promote innovative operational solutions.
- Become BeX (Business Expert) for production systems (P2 & SAP).
We believe you have
- Technical background required, preferably bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Spanish as first language, but must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- 5 years of experience in the production environment.
- Proven track record of WCM experience in production environment.
- Having a systematic approach to problem solving and the ability to create strong partnership with our stakeholders on Continuous Improvement plans and activities.
The position is based in Arganda del Rey (Madrid).
