Key Responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end execution of projects across marketplaces and RPA initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget. In addition, lead and manage projects related to web page performance optimization, from conception through to completion.
- Marketplace Enablement:
Support the automation of processes and onboarding of 3rd party marketplace (e.g., Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)Collaborate with RPA developers and process owners to identify automation opportunities, manage development sprints, and measure impact of implemented bots.Act as the primary liaison between business units, operations, and tech teams to align on priorities, define requirements, and resolve blockers. Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders and senior management.Support the creation and distribution of performance dashboards and project scorecards. Leverage data to highlight insights, identify gaps, and propose improvements. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Maintain accurate project documentation including timelines, requirements, risks, and lessons learned. Ensure compliance with internal governance and approval processes. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
