We are offering you an exciting opportunity to join our Software Solutions team as a Project Manager, where you will lead the delivery of Elekta’s cutting-edge software implementations and ensure a seamless customer experience.

What You’ll Do
Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders during software implementation projects.
Ensure successful delivery of Elekta software solutions, managing timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Drive improvements in project delivery processes and tools in collaboration with regional Order Fulfillment and Business Line teams.
Lead the rollout of new software products and manage high complexity/key account implementations.
Provide input to tenders and sales offerings by defining client requirements and implementation strategies.
What You Bring
Proven project management experience, ideally in IT or life sciences.
Understanding of healthcare sector and neuroscience systems and supporting software.
Basic IT infrastructure/networking.
Experience in customer-facing operations and software implementation.
Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in MS Office.
Strong communication skills and ability to document projects per Elekta standards.
Fluency in written and verbal English & Spanish or Portuguese.
Willingness to travel domestically or internationally up to 40%.
