As a QA Lead, you will be contributing to the quality of HW & SW solutions based on Thales components using state of the art Biometric products and algorithms.

A week in the life of a QA Lead:
- You define the validation and integration strategy with the schedule
- You will coordinate and test E2E a full solution by integrating SW/HW components from other teams towards a successful deployment on production environment.
- You will cooperate with developers in order to reproduce, identify and isolate the issues
- You will write all the documentation and procedures required
- You participate in customer acceptances, deployments, trainings and demos
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
To succeed at this job, you must have >5 years of proven experience with:
- Create validation and integration strategy, test plans and schedules
- Coordinate integration of SW components from different teams
- Build and test End-to-End your integrated solution
- Reporting and KPI follow up including optimization of planning to meet deadlines
- Participation in meetings/demos/acceptances/deployments/trainings with customers
- QA Testing including 2 years in test & integration management
- Extremely valuable:
- Experience with API testing and Web Services SOAP/REST
- Non-functional testing (performance, load, etc.) using JMeter, Postman or SOAP UI
- HW & SW components integration (cameras, readers, etc)
- Any of the following is a plus:
- Scripting language for automatic tests (e.g., Python).
- Testing with Docker and Jenkins environments
- ELK stack (Kibana, Elasticsearch y Logstash)
- Experience on IT HW/SW, networking or biometric HW integration
- Knowledge of SQL and Database (at least one among Oracle, SQL Server or Maria DB).
- Corporate or standard methodologies (ISTQB, Agile, etc)

- You must have fluent English level (B2+)
