In Spain, Thales Sistemas is specialized in Command and Control systems, Tactical Communications and Modeling and Simulation addressing solutions in the domain of Defense and Security. Thales is the Spanish leader in tactical Land CIS (Communication and Information Systems) covering all the product life cycle (design, development, production, ILS). Based in Leganés, Thales Sistemas employs a highly specialized workforce of more than 100 people, most of them engineers that participate in the following activities:
- Communications and Information Systems (CIS) to support Command function and Decision Making:
- Embedded electronics for military aircraft
- Tactical Communications
- Radio Navigation Aids for air traffic
As part of the Quality & HSE team you will support Quality and HSE activities, both for the Integrated Management System, QHSE operational tasks and day-to-day management.
As a Q&HSE Intern, you will:
- Assist in the management of Thales' document impact and processes in terms of standards and certifications.
- Draft of the Management Review Report
- Support in carrying out audits in any environment of the company and its suppliers and in Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety assurance on projects and tenders. Attend as observer to internal and external evaluations, as well as Lessons Learned exercises.
- Monitor actions and indicators
- Handle Quality and document management tools
Competences:
Technical/functional skills:
- Qualifications: Preferably a qualification associated with the Environment or Occupational Risk Prevention, or preferably Industrial Engineering or IT with a speciality associated with business processes.
- Knowledge of MS-Office, preferably as an advanced user.
- High level of English (preferably C1)
Other (advantage):
- Knowledge of Process Management,
- Knowledge of Environmental Management and associated legislation,
- Knowledge of Quality Standards
- Previous experience is not mandatory.

What does the Talent Programme consist of?
