Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruitment Relationship Manager with Spanish language skills to join our dynamic team in Barcelona, Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates, with a focus on Spanish-speaking markets whilst contributing to our organisation's growth and success.
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions, with a particular emphasis on Spanish-speaking roles
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and induction
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process and positive candidate experience
- Provide market insights and trends to clients, helping them make informed hiring decisions
- Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system with meticulous attention to detail
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the company and source potential candidates
- Continuously analyse and improve recruitment processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Serve as a key point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients and candidates, addressing their needs with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Polish language skills also considered an asset however not mandatory
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to Spanish-speaking markets
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Understanding of the Spanish job market and cultural nuances
- Experience in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or recruitment events
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Goal-oriented approach with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and client satisfaction
- Organised and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills
