Responsable de Calidad - Planta Industrial (m/f/d)

The purpose of the job is to lead and manage the quality processes in the factory, ensuring that all products meet customer requirements, internal and external quality standards, comply with industry regulations, and support continuous improvement efforts across the production process.

Functions:

• Follow-up, report and improve KPIs
• Coordinate with the RAC matters related to quality
• Act as contract quality manager in the required orders
• Implement and maintain the processes necessary for the Quality Management System in the WP
• Lead the resolution of complex and repetitive quality problems
• Manage non-conformities
• Coordinate external audits (certification, clients and suppliers) and manage the response and action plan execution of non conformities
• Escalate major quality issues on a monthly basis and immediately alert on critical quality issues, ensuring that all issues are captured, analyzed and resolved (quality alerts)
• Review and sign the contract Quality Plans, Risk Management
• Plans and Configuration Management Plans with the GQAR
• Sign the certificates of conformity and acceptance with the clients or GQAR required in the contracts

Location: Navalmoral de la Mata, Cáceres.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (industrial as a preference)
• Knowledge in Quality Statistics and Quality tool methodologies (e.g. SPC, FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis...)
• Experience and dedication of at least 5 years within the last 10 years in quality management withing a manufacturing environment.
