We are looking for a Sales Associate for our BOSS Store Diagonal in Barcelona, working 20 hours per week (Part-Time).

Requirements:

  • Rotating schedules.
  • Experience in a similar role (premium or luxury retail).
  • Experience in boutique retail (premium or luxury retail).
  • High level of English (B2-C1).


What you can expect:

  • Provide excellent levels of customer service, exceeding customer expectations at every opportunity.
  • Maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets as well as KPI indicators.
  • Identify customer needs and respond to all product-related questions, including queries about price, location, features, benefits, and the use of HUGO BOSS merchandise.
  • Ensure that all customer orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Optimise product knowledge to recommend and highlight products to customers, maximising selling opportunities.


Your profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in retail sales and tailoring within a luxury brand environment.

  • Willingness to adapt and take on new challenges.

  • Ability to always present a professional image.

  • Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.

  • Professionalism is maintained under all circumstances.

  • Fluent in English or another language.
