The Role:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for establishing and nurturing key relationships with major Telecom Operators in Spain, Italy, and surrounding countries. This role plays a pivotal part in driving the adoption of our Network Zero solutions, ensuring we deliver value-driven, sustainable services that support our clients’ infrastructure and operational goals.
Key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
- Asset Management: Developing tailored asset lifecycle solutions for network infrastructure.
- Reverse Logistics: Presenting and implementing efficient processes for equipment returns and refurbishment.
- Spare Parts Management: Developing strategies to sell and implement spare parts management distribution of critical network components.
- Test and Return Services: Implementing streamlined testing and requalification processes for network hardware for MNO.
- Network/Coverage as a Service: Offering scalable and flexible network solutions to meet client demands for rural and greenzone roll outs.
- Managed Services: Collaborating with industry leaders, including Nokia and Ericsson, to deliver end-to-end managed network services.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in telecom sales or business development, preferably with direct exposure to Tier-1 or Tier-2 operators in Europe.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, including hardware lifecycle, logistics, and managed services.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and close complex B2B deals.
- Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Spanish or Italian is a strong advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset.
