Especialista de Servicio al Cliente/Procesador de Ordenes de Compra
Tu misión:
Asegurar una experiencia excelente para nuestros clientes gestionando y optimizando el proceso de pedidos.
¿Qué harás?
- Supervisar la entrada y seguimiento de pedidos (web y equipo interno).
- Atender a clientes por teléfono y correo, resolviendo dudas y asegurando su satisfacción.
- Coordinar con proveedores y otros equipos internos (crédito, cuentas, etc.).
- Mantener actualizadas tarifas, descuentos y condiciones de venta.
- Detectar mejoras en procesos para aumentar eficiencia y calidad.
- Gestionar informes, márgenes, créditos y libros de pedidos.
Perfil ideal
- Proactivo/a, detallista y con enfoque en el cliente.
- Colaborador/a nato, con mentalidad de equipo.
- Precisión y organización en su forma de trabajar.
Formación y experiencia
- 3 a 5 años de experiencia en un puesto similar, idealmente en entornos internacionales.
- Perfil analítico y orientado al detalle.
- Excelente comunicación en español e inglés (otros idiomas, un plus).
- Cómodo/a interactuando con distintos equipos y niveles de la organización.
