To continue our growth story, we’re currently seeking a Sales Performance Manager to join our Retail Excellence (REX) Team.
Purpose of the Role
The Sales Performance Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement in the commercial performance of Amplifon's store network in Spain. The role leads national Retail Excellence initiatives across commercial planning, operational execution, organisational development, and data-driven decision-making. Acting as a key link between Commercial, Marketing, Training, BI and IT, this position fosters a high-performance, customer-centric culture aligned with Amplifon’s global standards.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Planning & Operational Execution
- Define and coordinate national commercial planning in collaboration with Sales, Marketing.
- Ensure seamless execution across the full funnel (from appointment generation to conversion).
- Promote intelligent booking, effective time allocation, and omnichannel orchestration.
Target Setting & Incentives Management
- Define performance targets at store and channel level based on KPI analysis.
- Co-design, together with HR, sales incentive schemes and commercial promotions aligned with business priorities.
In-Store Operational Excellence
- Identify and implement process improvements and customer experience enhancements.
- Collaborate with BI and Finance to evolve the current store forecasting model.
- Champion the use of advanced analytics and performance dashboards.
People Excellence & Capability Development
- Partner with the Training team to define the skillset required for high-performing stores.
- Foster cultural transformation toward autonomy, accountability, and data-driven behavior in store teams.
Commercial Reporting & Data Governance
- Oversee systems related to commercial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and incentive calculation.
- Drive the adoption of IT platforms supporting retail perfomance tracking and benchmarking.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or marketing roles, preferably in a retail or consumer-focused environment.
- Strong command of BI tools (Power BI, SQL, advanced Excel).
- High level of English proficiency (minimum B2/C1).
