About this role:
We’re looking for a Sales Project Manager to join our growing team in Madrid. This is a key strategic role reporting into the Country Sales Lead, responsible for enhancing sales performance through data insights and cross-functional projects. You'll act as the analytical backbone of the sales team—translating complex data into actionable growth strategies.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Data Analysis & Reporting – Build and manage BI dashboards (e.g. Tableau, Salesforce) and conduct deep sales analysis to identify growth opportunities and performance risks.
- Strategic Project Management – Lead sales-related initiatives like tool rollouts, market expansion, or process improvements from planning to delivery.
- Sales Intelligence – Provide insights to support sales forecasting, territory planning, and KPI evaluation, enabling data-driven decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Ops teams to align goals and ensure smooth project execution.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Act as the main point of contact for key initiatives, managing expectations, communications, and reporting outcomes to senior leadership.
- Process Optimization – Use tools like Salesforce and internal platforms to uncover efficiencies, support sales ops, and recommend continuous improvements.
What will you bring to the table?
- Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or project management, ideally in a commercial or tech-driven environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights, and advanced skills in BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and a solid understanding of tools that support commercial performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with full fluency in Spanish and English.
- A structured, results-driven approach, ideally backed by project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) and/or experience in retail, delivery, or food tech sectors.
