Projects
- Provide support to the commercial and functional teams in assigned accounts when functional knowledge of the solution is required: solution design, estimation, and assumptions.
- Support the PM/DM in functional leadership of the project, contributing in-depth knowledge of the marketing and martech platform to identify the best solution to meet the project’s business demands.
- Identify and report risks related to the functional management of project/client profitability.
- Ensure the proper progress of the project in terms of Scope, Timeline, and Costs, notifying and anticipating any potential deviations to the PM/DM.
- Ensure the achievement of the functional and business objectives of the project.
- Ensure compliance with software quality standards as agreed with Omega's methodology.
- Oversee effort estimations made by the functional consulting team and provide support during the testing phase of a project.
- Ensure the final delivery of the project’s functional documentation.
Solutions
- Provide effort estimations for marketing and martech projects.
- Collaborate with the PM/DM in client project demos.
- Identify potential opportunities, from a functional and business perspective, for Up & Cross Selling.
- Identify possible methodological improvements for the functional consulting team.
- Work as a team with technology vendors when required by the project.
- Evaluate and recommend products and systems that contribute to technological innovation.
Team and Training
- Collaborate in Omega's community of practice by sharing functional and business knowledge.
- Contribute to Omega’s community of practice by providing thought leadership, training, and mentoring to other team members to develop functional and consulting capabilities.
- Participate in the development and training of the functional consulting team, advising them to improve their skills.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience in creating marketing campaigns with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- At least 4 years of experience in implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects
- Ability to provide support for communication campaigns, as well as manage communication plans and strategy.
- Ability to stay up to date with marketing trends and innovation.
- Strong functional knowledge of the platform, time management and organizational skills, methodologies, English proficiency, and conflict and priority management.
- Knowledge with Ampscript is a plus.
- Previous experience in database management, preferably in a similar role.
- Knowledge with the automation software and relevant performance evaluation.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce).
- Knowledge to manage marketing projects.
- Native level of French is mandatory.
