Role: SAP Delivery Manager
Job Responsibilities:
SAP Release and Landscape Management
Assess, establish, and operate SAP Release and Landscape Management procedures.
Supporting Release Management process: maintain Release schedule, support in the communication and alignment with other teams, coordination, seek approvals, exceptions, and support, release management execution.
Supports and prepares detailed cutover plans for SAP technical initiatives such as SAP upgrades & patching and implementations of SAP cloud-based applications.
SAP Data Archiving
Defining and maintaining SAP data archiving policies and procedures in collaboration with other IT teams for SAP on-premise JTI core applications (i.e. S4HANA, BW).
Coordinating and executing SAP yearly data archiving along with IT JTI internal and outsourced teams.
Technical Skills Required:
University degree in IT or equivalent
5+ years of overall experience in the IT discipline in a multi-national environment (development and business applications)
5+ years of project management and IT/Business process management experience
5+ years of experience in managing ERP systems (SAP) implementations, integration, SAP development coordination, cutover, or testing.
Fluent in English, written & verbal
Excellent computer skills. SAP, SharePoint, Microsoft Office including MS Project and Visio.
Excellent project management skills, ability to deliver on time, ability to challenge project managers, and follow-up promptly on any issues and/or risks identified. Strong organizational and management skills to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Experience with Agile Project Management methodology
Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Solid working knowledge of ERP(SAP) business processes, concepts, and functionality, including their dependencies and interdependencies.
