As a Change Management Lead, you will drive the global transformation of business processes, systems, and organisational structures through SAP S/4HANA. Your role includes developing and implementing change management strategies, ensuring alignment across regions while addressing diverse stakeholder needs. You will lead effective communication, promote acceptance of the new system, and manage resistance during the transition. Collaborating closely with the SAP program team and stakeholders, you will ensure sustainable success beyond the implementation phase.
LOCATION:
Please note that the working location for this position will be in Madrid city centre, where we are currently setting up a new office location. Until the office is fully set-up within the next few months, you will have the possibility to work flexibly from home-office and continue with a hybrid working model afterwards. This position is not a fully remote position, and an onsite presence will be required once our office location is ready.

- Change management strategy and implementation: Development and implementation of a global change management strategy to support the transformation of business processes, systems, and the organisation through SAP S/4HANA
- Stakeholder analysis and planning: Analysis of affected stakeholders and creation of individual change management plans for different regions and business areas
- Communication and stakeholder engagement: Communication of changes to all relevant stakeholders (leaders, employees, external partners) and ensuring the acceptance of the new system
- Training, workshops and enablement: Conduction of workshops and interactive sessions to promote the acceptance and understanding of the SAP S/4HANA system
- Progress monitoring and reporting: Monitoring of the progress of change management activities and reporting to the project team and leadership
- Resistance management and solution development: Identification and management of resistance during the change process and development of solutions
- Global rollout and cultural adaptation: Ensuring a consistent global implementation of the change management strategy, taking regional and cultural differences into account
- Collaboration with program team and stakeholders: Close collaboration with the SAP program team and other stakeholders to synchronize change management activities
- Sustainability and post go-live support: Support during the post-implementation phase to ensure long-term acceptance and optimization of the system
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
- You are an experienced change manager with a degree in economics, business informatics or a comparable qualification and extensive experience in change management
- Professional experience: At least five years of extensive and proven experience in change management for large international IT projects, ideally in the context of SAP S/4HANA
- Technical know-how: In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA as well as ERP system implementation
- Management skills: Excellent leadership and project management skills, complemented by extensive experience in change management
- Strong communication and intercultural skills: Excellent communication skills, a confident manner and assertiveness.
- Willingness to travel: Willingness to undertake international business travel as part of project work
- Languages: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German is an advantage
