About the role:
This role will involve gathering insights, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping design solutions that meet our business objectives for implementation of BMS command center & intelligent platform. Additionally, you’ll work with various teams, including IT, to ensure that strategies are implemented successfully. You will manage the onsite co-ordination, site surveys and communication with the customer, vendors (hardware and software procurement, installation and commissioning, CAD drawings etc.) and onsite/offshore team.

As a Business Analyst, you will play an integral role in supporting strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Below is a breakdown of what your day-to-day will look like:
Engage with Stakeholders: From the beginning, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements. Understanding their goals and challenges will allow you to provide actionable insights that drive our projects forward.
Data Analysis: You will analyze data to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights. These findings will guide the decisions that help us optimize processes and drive the business forward.
Process Mapping: Another key responsibility will be mapping out current and future processes. Moreover, this will help us visualize how things work today, and how we can improve them in the future.
Solution Design: Using your analysis, propose and design technical and process-based solutions that meet business needs and objectives. Whether improving an existing system or implementing new processes, your solutions will be critical to the team’s success.
Collaborate with the IT Team: Working alongside the IT department, you will ensure that all implemented solutions are aligned with business goals.
Present Findings and Updates: It’s important to communicate your findings, recommendations, and progress updates to key stakeholders and executives.
Document Solutions: As you develop solutions, you’ll document everything clearly and thoroughly, from business requirements to system designs. However, this documentation is vital for keeping the project on track and for future reference.
Test and Validate Solutions: Once new systems are implemented, you will be involved in testing to ensure they meet business requirements. Moreover, this ensures that we only roll out solutions that are reliable and effective.
Continuous Improvement: You will always be on the lookout for new opportunities to improve our processes.
As a Project Manager, oversee the definition, development, and implementation of the Integrated Building Management System. Responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the project, meeting all contractual obligations, and delivering high-quality results within the specified timeframe.

What you need to have to be considered:
Highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the definition, development, and implementation of the Integrated Building Management System.
Project Management: Strong project planning, execution, and monitoring/reporting skills supported with demonstrable experience.
Scrum Master: Experience in leading agile teams and facilitating scrum ceremonies.
Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in agile project management practices and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with client, onsite/offshore teams and other stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Procurement Management: Experience in managing procurement processes and vendor relationships.
