As part of the IT Digital Transformation team, you'll support the delivery of the Order Management ART roadmap, ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with client needs. Responsibilities
- Support the client’s Product Owner for the Order Management initiative by focusing on strategic solutions for client and front-office needs
- Collaborate with Change & Client Experience, Business Management, and Technology teams to design journeys, define requirements, prioritize features, and oversee delivery
- Extract insights from client online behavior and usability testing to refine and enhance the product experience
- Implement adoption frameworks, establish feedback processes, and ensure products satisfy client needs
- Manage business and senior stakeholders, providing trusted advisory services and maintaining continuous feedback loops during agile delivery
- Plan and orchestrate training activities while developing clear and engaging training and communication materials
- Develop high-quality communication deliverables, including EDMs and engaging presentations for clients and the front office
- Contribute to projects with a strong understanding of project structure and responsibilities
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment for digital solutions
Requirements
- Educational and professional background in the IT industry
- 7-8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, fintech, technology, or consultancy
- Capability to work with cross-functional teams to conceptualize journeys and prioritize features
- Familiarity with building trading apps and understanding of local regulations
- Background in products like T24/OTMS or TSI is a bonus
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics, work independently, and persevere through challenges
- Proficiency in presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to secure key decisions
- Expertise in defining vision and strategy for digital solutions, managing full product lifecycles, and integrating user feedback into development
- Background in private banking and wealth management with a proven delivery record is advantageous
- Self-driven, team-oriented approach with a hands-on personality and readiness to drive change
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize, resolve issues, and execute decisions effectively under pressure
- Familiarity with global working environments and distributed teams
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish fluency is a valuable asset
