We’re working with a fast-growing AdTech and Identity company with global reach and around 60 people across the US, Japan, and Spain. Backed by one of the largest telecom groups in Asia, their technology processes billions of daily events and provides advanced audience intelligence solutions for advertisers and partners.
Their product combines mobile network signals, digital behavior, and external data sources to generate rich, multi-dimensional user profiles. These are used for segmentation, campaign analysis, and product performance insights — going far beyond standard geolocation to deliver behavioral and contextual understanding in real time.
Until recently, the company focused primarily on platform and infrastructure, but is now undergoing a full shift toward a data-first mindset, where product decisions are increasingly driven by deep user insights. This is where you come in.
They’re now looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the EU team and take ownership of everything related to new product and feature performance. It’s a senior role with strong autonomy, visibility, and long-term growth potential.
What you’ll do
- Analyze adoption and performance of new product features
- Define and maintain KPIs and dashboards across product teams
- Drive business and product decisions by validating hypotheses with data
- Collaborate with the Product Manager for the EU market
- Work on large-scale datasets (30–40M+ users) and millions of daily events
- Evolve toward long-term behavioral and audience analytics at global scale
Tech environment
- Python (Pandas, NumPy), SQL, Jupyter, Airflow
- AWS Cloud (S3, Athena, Redshift – no infra setup required)
- Tableau for data visualization
- PostgreSQL, ClickHouse (nice to have)
- Data Lake–style architecture
Location & setup
- The ideal setup is hybrid, with occasional onsite presence in Zaragoza (Spain)
- If you're based near Zaragoza: the expectation is 1–2 days/week in the office
- ✈️ If you live elsewhere in Spain: 1 day every 1–2 weeks onsite is enough
- Travel expenses are fully covered
- Occasional syncs with the US team (typically between 17:00–19:00 CET)
Requisitos básicos
- 3+ years experience as a Data Analyst or similar
- Hands-on with Python, SQL and cloud-based workflows
- Solid understanding of data modeling, KPIs and metrics
- Comfortable collaborating with Product, Tech, and Business
- Bonus: experience in AdTech, audience analytics, or product data
