YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• Own the Roadmap: Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for a significant product area. Align your roadmap with broader company goals and clearly articulate the rationale behind your product decisions.
• Execute with Excellence: Manage the entire lifecycle for complex projects, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch analysis. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Master Your Domain: Develop a deep expertise in your product's customers, market, and competitive landscape. Identify unmet needs and validate hypotheses through user research, experimentation, and data analysis.
• Influence and Align: Influence and align stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to rally around your product vision. Lead your cross-functional team by example and through clear, persuasive communication.
• Drive with Data: Define success metrics and KPIs for your product. Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and product performance to inform prioritization and uncover new opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate on Technical Solutions: Possess a strong technical understanding to effectively collaborate with engineering leads on architecture, design, and technical trade-off decisions.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping successful products.
• Experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of a product, from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making and measure success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among a wide range of stakeholders.
• A demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and work collaboratively with engineers.
• A passion for understanding customer needs and a dedication to building user-centric products.
