The Senior Project Manager willlead and oversee global transformation projects, ensuring effective planning, coordination, execution, and governance of strategic initiatives across the organization. The role ensures that all transformation projects align with the company’s strategic goals, are delivered on time and within budget, and drive measurable value. The Project Manager will establish strong governance practices, provide transparency to executive leadership, manage risks, and support project teams globally in delivering successful outcomes.
Major Activities
Project Coordination:
§ Oversee the planning and execution of all transformation-related projects across regions and functions (e.g., operations, IT, commercial, R&D, finance, HR).
§ Prioritize projects based on strategic impact, resource availability, and interdependencies.
§ Ensure consistent application of project management practices across workstreams.
Performance Management & Reporting:
§ Define and track KPIs and success criteria for projects.
§ Develop and present regular status reports to C-level executives and stakeholders.
§ Ensure timely identification, escalation, and mitigation of risks and issues.
Stakeholder Engagement:
§ Facilitate cross-functional alignment and collaboration across global teams and projects.
§ Engage with business unit heads and transformation leaders to ensure buy-in and ownership of change initiatives.
§ Act as a key advisor to the executive leadership team on transformation progress, risks, and mitigation actions.
Resource & Change Management:
§ Allocate and manage resources (internal and external) across projects.
§ Collaborate closely with HR and Communications to align change management and communication plans with project execution.
§ Support capability building across the organization in project and change management.

Requirements
Education (minimum/desirable): University Degree, MBA or Bachelor
Languages: Fluent English (oral and written).
Experience/Professional requirement:
§ 15+ years of professional experience with at least 8–10 years in transformation, program management, or corporate strategy roles
§ Proven track record leading enterprise-wide transformation programs in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences sectors
§ Experience managing global teams and working in matrixed, cross-functional environments
§ Strong background in project management and executive stakeholder engagement
