The Opportunity
Drive innovation in Project Management and contribute to impactful projects in the Science & Industry sector. Support project leaders in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing suppliers, and liaising with clients and public administrations.
As a Senior Project Manager at Arup, you will:
- Coordinate Science, Industry, and Technology projects.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Manage the delivery of bids, reports, and other documents, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
- Support project monitoring, document quality control, and financial control of project costs and budgets.
- Participate in internal and external meetings, client interactions, supplier management, and site visits.
Does this role inspire you?
We are looking for someone proactive that is willing to work in a dynamic team. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technologies Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience, particularly in project coordination.
- A strong interest in the Science, Industry, and Technology sectors within the construction industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to work effectively within a team.
