About the role:
We are launching a transformative initiative to develop a digital platform for invoicing power consumption and transactions. We’re looking for a hybrid Project Manager/Product Owner who can lead delivery while shaping the product vision. This role bridges business needs with technical execution, ensuring the platform delivers value, scalability, and compliance.
In this role, you will:
Product Ownership
Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and goals aligned with business strategy
Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with user needs
Validate features through user feedback, testing, and iterative improvements
Project Management
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
Coordinate cross-functional teams
Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery
Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum or hybrid)
Ensure compliance with industry standards, data privacy, and energy regulations
What you need to have to be considered:
Relevant experience in project management and/or product ownership
Proven track record delivering enterprise platforms, preferably in energy, utilities
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with invoicing systems, energy billing, or transactional platforms
These will help you stand out:
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Background in energy sector or regulated industries
Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with development teams
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and integration strategies
