As our Senior Scrum Master, you will be at the center of this transformation, leading cross-functional squads and aligning stakeholders to deliver high-impact, data-driven outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone deeply familiar with data & AI project lifecycles, from framing business goals to orchestrating delivery on cloud-based platforms. You will act as a strategic enabler, translating Finance and Sales KPIs into actionable plans, driving agile execution, and ensuring teams are aligned to the company’s North Star metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnership (35%)
- Lead fortnightly discovery sessions with executive stakeholders (CFO, Controllers, Sales VPs).
- Translate strategic growth, margin, and cash-flow goals into user stories and measurable KPIs.
- Advocate for the business in backlog grooming and sprint planning.
Product Leadership (25%)
- Own and prioritize the Atlas data product backlog (Invoices Orders Forecasts).
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and the definition of done.
- Ensure alignment between squads in the Barcelona Hub, Deloitte engineers, and internal IT/Controlling teams.
Stakeholder Alignment & Escalation (15%)
- Create high-impact Steering Committee packs and brief executive audiences with clarity and precision.
- Manage change requests and resolve inter-BU conflicts.
- Secure sign-offs for KPI glossaries, scope, and cross-functional decisions.
Delivery Oversight (15%)
- Monitor sprint progress and team velocity across multiple squads. Track dependencies, risks, and handoffs (ServiceNow
- Azure DevOps).
- Raise blockers and propose mitigation within 24 hours.
Capability Lift (10%)
- Coach newly appointed Analytics Business Partners on agile methodology and data storytelling.
- Champion insight generation and best practices for stakeholder reporting.
Requirements
Essential Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in a top-tier strategy or digital consultancy and hands-on product ownership in Data & AI programmes.
- Proven ability to convert Finance/Sales goals into data-platform roadmaps using Azure, Snowflake, or GCP.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP data models (SAP, Microsoft AX/365) and modern data governance/MDM practices.
- Agile-certified (Scrum Master/Product Owner) or equivalent real-world expertise.
- Proficient with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow workflows.
- Executive presence able to brief a boardroom in five slides or draft a JSON schema on the fly.
- Fluent English (C1) required; German, Spanish, or French is a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% across key European offices.
