Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core experts. Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing, and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games.
Joining our Live games team means collaborating with gaming industry experts on globally renowned, enduring games while embracing exciting new entrepreneurial ventures. You will be joining our live games studio to work on a new game. We are building, a fast-evolving, high-performing match-3 game with strong RPG, progression systems and ready to explore the unknown. This is a rare opportunity to shape a successful live game while having meaningful ownership over the player experience.
Role
As a UI/UX Artist, you’ll drive the player experience across gameplay, metagame, and LiveOps content, working closely with a multidisciplinary team. You’ll be responsible for both strategy and execution, combining solid UX thinking, artistic sensitivity, and technical understanding.
Own the UX strategy and UI execution across the full game loop: match-3 gameplay, metagame systems, events, store, and LiveOps features
Strong UI Design / Art skills
Design player journeys including onboarding, FTUE, economy upgrades, events, and long-term retention systems
Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma
Translate UX into polished, high-fidelity UI mockups with clear visual hierarchy and strong artistic quality
Build, evolve, and maintain scalable UI systems, components, and a shared style guide
Collaborate closely with product, design, art, and engineering to align vision and execution
Proactively contribute to ideation, from early exploration to final implementation
Rely on player data, feedback, and testing to iterate and continuously improve user flows and visual clarity
Bring a strong point of view on design decisions and communicate ideas clearly and effectively across the team
Profile
5+ years of experience in UI/UX, preferably in mobile free-to-play games
A strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful UX, polished UI, and a good sense of visual storytelling
Excellent communication skills, you can advocate for your craft and collaborate with stakeholders across disciplines
Proven ownership of features from concept through implementation in Unity
High artistic standards with the ability to elevate the visual identity of a game
Deep understanding of mobile game UX and interaction design principles
Experience working in LiveOps or Games-as-a-Service environments
Match-3 experience is a strong plus
RPG UI/UX experience is a bonus (inventory, upgrade systems, character progression, etc.)
Deep knowledge of Figma, Unity, and UI implementation pipelines
