Our diverse and global team ensures that our customers have the products they need to perform effectively and safely. Our team ensures production enhancement and chemical services for our downstream customers so that they can function efficiently and perform at the highest level. We provide technical solutions to help with all their challenges.
Help support a safe and successful environment
As a Service Delivery Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for the delivery and coordination contracts that help the sales organization achieve business objectives. Working to the predefined sales plan with daily field location at customer onshore facilities.
As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring Sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, allocation of resources and customer onshore facility coverage
Creation and delivery of sales incentives, planning and forecasting.
Handling customer management expectations to maintain account's profitability
Collaborating in commercial discussions and business strategy for sales approach to maximize account potential
Applying knowledge of Refinery operations and downstream chemicals with application of skills in laboratory analytical testing.
Making autonomous decisions at customer facilities to ensure continuity of service
Handling of all technical and commercial roles under the contract in place.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have successfully completed your studies related to engineering in industrial facilities
Have fluent language skills both in English and Spanish (oral and written) and have excellent all-round communication skills
Demonstrate good, technical knowledge of company's Downstream Chemical products and services and their applications to customer needs and requirements
Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems
Have excellent leadership skills and ability to work on own initiative
Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset and have a structured efficient approach to responding to customer needs
