Could you be the full-time Signaling Services Project Manager in Madrid we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your signaling project management experience in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll be in charge of managing services contracts which mainly consist in modification and maintenance scope. You´ll continuously interface with internal and external teams, suppliers and partners in order to ensure excellence in project delivery, keeping system availability and performance while applying the quality standards, everything within costs controlling as planned and available. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Services, Supply Chain), organize and lead project follow up meetings and much more.
You´ll specifically take care of optimize of the project cash flow and assets, but also manage the quality process.
We´ll look to you for:
- Management of services projects which include L2 and L3 maintenance as well as system upgrades.
- Internal and external contract management.
- Assure contract compliance within financial efficiency as a main target.
- Management of quality process as the cornerstone of the remaining project activities.
- Definition and control of subcontractors and suppliers in accordance with the defined criteria.
- Organizing and lead project follow up meetings.
- Report periodically project execution matters as well finances status.
- Launching and follow up the periodic invoicing process.
- Optimization of the project cash flow and assets.
- Preparation and update of ALSTOM project management plan.
- Involve the project team in the process of identifying changes and claims
- Ensure that all risks are identified and monitored as well as early warnings.
- Identify opportunities for further business.

- Industrial Engineering Degree, or similar.
- Comprehensive professional know-how in project management. Desirable experienced in railway signaling sector.
- At least 5 years of experience as project manager in multidisciplinary systems and/or infrastructures deployment.
- Customer front end experience.
- Knowledge of railway signaling systems will be valued.
- Knowledge of MS Office package at the user level.
- Availability to travel.
- Advanced english level is required.
