About the Job:
The main accountabilities as Site Manager in Portugal are:
- Review, monitor, and encourage Construction Contractors to deliver the project safely, within the proposed timelines, and in compliance with all technical specifications defined in the Construction Contracts.
- Actively promote a culture that prioritizes and ensures safety as an integral part of all work performed.
- Coordinate all activities and communication on-site. Serve as the point of responsibility for senior management, the client, and the community.
- Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards.
- Develop specific construction execution plans for the project/proposal.
- Manage the staffing plans required for the site and the organizational charts for the project.
- Monitor performance and generate weekly reports on project activities.
- Establish and promote good working relationships with project staff, the client, and Construction Contractors.
- Attend plot plan and model reviews, contributing construction-related input to improve constructability and/or safe work practices.
Requirements:
- Site Manager with experience in Revamping Oil & Gas Projects
- >5 years of on-site experience
- >10 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects
- Minimum B2 level of English
- Availability to relocate to Portugal
