Now, we're looking for a talented Social Media Video Editor to take our video content to the next level!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Charge: Take the helm on the ideation and creation of short-form, social-first video content that hooks viewers from the first frame.
- Create Content Across Platforms: Develop and produce captivating videos optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Craft Stories: Ideate, storyboard, and edit content that not only performs well on social media but also tells compelling stories.
- Embrace Innovation: Utilize AI tools like Runway, Synthesia, Pika, ChatGPT, and more to make your video production process smoother and more creative.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our Social Media, Narrative, and Design teams, as well as external providers to ensure the final product exceeds expectations and hits the mark.
REQUIREMENTS
– 3–5 years of experience in video production with a focus on social media. (Meta & Tik Tok is a must)
– Strong creative and editing skills; up to date with digital content trends.
– Proficient in AI-based content tools and video editing software.
– Bilingual Spanish/English.
– Agile, proactive, digitally fluent, and aligned with brand storytelling logic

There's potential for the collaboration to continue if it's a good fit. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with two days of remote work per week."
