Project Description
We are developing and maintaining a tool for requirements engineering. The role includes supporting operations and PSA-related activities, as well as providing initial support for new projects and assisting in their setup. The ideal candidate will be expected to work independently and take full ownership of their tasks.
Responsibilities
Backend development of microservices
Contribution to the architecture and implementation of backend components
Integration of backend systems with databases and business processes
Participation in project setup and technical onboarding for new initiatives
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
Proven experience in backend development
Strong knowledge of microservice architecture
Proficiency in Java with Spring Boot 3 and Spring Security
Experience with Spring HATEOAS and Victools
Solid understanding of MariaDB, including CRUD operations and data validation
User access and rights management
Experience with process engines such as Activiti or Camunda
Good understanding of BPMN 2.0
Advanced knowledge of software architecture principles
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with TypeScript and Angular
Understanding of frontend-backend integration
Familiarity with:
CRUD and schema design
HATEOAS / Hypermedia-driven APIs
Web page design and user interfaces
Microservice documentation and testing
Soft Skills
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Proactive and eager to learn new technologies
Good communication skills in English
