We are looking for a Sr Process Manager – Benefits who will be responsible for the lifecycle management for all the Global/regional and market benefits and services. Cooperating with P&C and business stakeholders to drive enhanced employee experiences and product performance.
Your day to day:
- Management of the end-to-end process encompassing design, iteration and retirement.
- Responsible for development and management of project plans, success measures, templates, standards and tools against agreed KPIs
- Establish and manage the service catalogue, process design, standards and policies and associated knowledge management by upkeeping assets supporting the process
- Manage vendors in terms of performance against agreed KPIs and service levels, negotiations and cost optimization.
- Negotiate the required services and service levels with third party service providers and monitors performance.
- Works to consolidate services and regularly review value profile of providers to achieve best value for PMI
- Design and lead user experience to ensure the process generates the best user experience. Gathering regular feedback on stakeholder, employee and consumer experience of using the processes and products to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure market requirements are supported by a user-friendly processes and products
- Lead the governance to ensure process alignment across all markets, with centralization of the benefits administration activities and process standardization.
- Co-own related IT and Data Roadmap and partner with IT on deployment planning.
- Develop and maintain the Functional Architecture to ensure harmony and provide alignment of process roadmaps. Developing roadmaps that support automation & robotics that enable efficiency and improved experience.
- Provide strategic direction, coaching, and development opportunities to team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Minimum 7+ years of HR Transformation experience with coverage and exposure to Benefits domain. Eexpertise in managing complex benefits portfolios, including health and welfare, retirement, and other employee benefits, with a focus on cost analysis and benchmarking.
- Programme and delivery experience within HR domain with track record of process management and roadmaps definition.
- Agile delivery experience.
- An understanding of how complex matrix organisations operate; international experience is an advantage.
- Extensive change, engagement and adoption experience.
Other Skills / functional specifics:
- English proficiency
- Knowledge & awareness of SAP SuccessFactors architecture and core processes is an advantage.
- Consulting and advisory skills – ability to absorb multiple sources of insights (EX, Tech, Delivery) based on which determine the strategic direction of the product
- Team coaching and development
- Comprehensive Prioritization skills – managing multiple sources of demand
- Problem solving, design thinking, user experience – ability to generate creative solutions to specific customer problems using design thinking and building product features with user experience guidance
- Data driven decision making, data storytelling - ability to tie process metrics with business goals and customer benefits, the ability to build a narrative around the data and its visualizations to help convey the key process related decisions.
- Excellent collaboration, communication and Influencing skills up to and including HR Executives
- Strong vendor management / negotiation capabilities.
