We are looking for a Static Equipment Engineer specialized in Green Ammonia to join a newly established and fast-growing Track and Services Division, focused on developing high-value engineering solutions for the steel industry, with a strong commitment to the energy transition and the decarbonization of industrial processes.

Work Modality:
Hybrid work model: two days of remote work per week. Flexible working hours and intensive workday schedule during the summer months.
Responsibilities:
Prepare material specifications, design bases, prefabrication procedures, and review method statements.
Prepare and review technical specifications and equipment datasheets.
Prepare requisitions and perform technical evaluation of bids for each component of cryogenic tanks, as well as for the complete EPC bid of the full containment tank.
Participate in technical clarification meetings with vendors.
Review vendor technical documentation.
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines: process, civil, electrical, instrumentation, and piping.
Apply finite element analysis (FEA) tools such as ABAQUS (not mandatory).
Use technical software such as AMETANK and STAAD.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Over 5 years of experience in the design of static equipment for green ammonia tanks.
Full proficiency in international design codes for storage tanks:
- API 650 / API 620 / API 625
- API 2000
- ASME Sections V and IX
- EN 14015
- EN 14620 / EN 1473
- EN ISO 15607 / 15609 / 15614
- Eurocodes 0–9
Strong expertise in the design of green ammonia tanks.
Knowledge of construction materials such as metallic components, welding consumables, and insulation materials for cryogenic tanks.
Demonstrable experience in preparing material specifications, design bases, prefabrication procedures, and reviewing method statements.
Understanding of the interaction between the outer concrete tank and the metallic/insulating components in full containment tanks.
Experience in reviewing vendor technical documentation.
Proficiency in required technical software: AMETANK and STAAD.
Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) using ABAQUS or equivalent tools.
Minimum English level: B2 (mandatory). A technical English test will be conducted, and interviews will be held in English.
