Please note:
- This is a full-time position.
- Our Strategic Purchasing & Brand Manager will be based in Barcelona.
- Availability to travel is required for fairs and in-person meetings.
What will be your responsibilities?
As our Strategic Purchasing & Brand Manager, you'll lead and elevate our purchasing and brand strategy, ensuring seamless integration across all business areas. Your key tasks will include:
Leadership & Supervision
- Supervise the Purchasing Manager, validating plans, budgets, forecasts, and processes.
- Provide strategic vision to optimize margins, profitability, logistics, and pricing.
- Define efficient, clear, and well-structured work processes.
Product & Brand Strategy
- Lead the product strategy from scouting to launch.
- Analyze results and ensure our offering speaks MiiN's language (and our customers'!).
- Stay abreast of new trends and brands with high potential.
Brand Relationships (especially Korean)
- Act as the strategic interlocutor with our brands.
- Negotiate terms, exclusivities, and co-marketing campaigns.
- Identify new brands with potential to join the MiiN universe.
Omnichannel Coordination
- Connect product strategy with marketing, sales, retail, and e-commerce.
- Align launches and promotions with the needs of each channel.
Commercial Performance
- Design strategies to increase product rotation, visibility, and conversion.
- Control the real impact of commercial actions on sales.
- Manage marketing budgets with a focus on measurable results.
Requirements:
What are we looking for?

- Background in Business Administration (ADE), Commerce, Marketing, or a similar field.
- 5–8 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the cosmetics, lifestyle, retail, or distribution sectors.
- Strategic & Operational Mindset: A blend of strategic vision and operational focus.
- Deep knowledge of international brands, with a strong emphasis on Korean brands.
- Exceptional communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and results-oriented.
- Fluent English (essential); knowledge of Korean is highly valued.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, ERP, BI, etc.
