How you will shape Prophero:
- Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively identify, source, and originate a robust pipeline of off-market and on-market real estate assets that align with our investment criteria in [Specify geographic area, e.g., London, UK-wide].
- End-to-End Deal Execution: Lead the entire acquisition lifecycle, from initial underwriting and due diligence to negotiating term sheets and closing complex contracts with property owners, agents, and key partners.
- Market Intelligence & Analysis: Serve as the subject-matter expert for your designated market, providing critical insights on trends, pricing, and competitive dynamics to inform our acquisition strategy.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain a strong network of high-level industry contacts, including brokers, developers, and investors, to ensure a consistent flow of premium opportunities.
What you will bring to our team:
- Proven Track Record: A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable success in a real estate acquisitions, investment, or senior sourcing role.
- Master Negotiator: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and deal-closing skills, with a history of successfully executing real estate transactions.
- Strategic & Autonomous: A highly proactive and self-sufficient professional with a strategic mindset. You are comfortable taking ownership and driving results with minimal supervision.
- Travel Ready: Full availability to travel extensively across [Geographic Area] to inspect assets, meet with stakeholders, and close deals.
- Bonus Attributes: An existing, high-quality network in the real estate sector and prior experience within a Proptech or fast-paced startup environment will be highly regarded.
