The Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Madrid. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for our organization, ensuring our hiring needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes (sourcing, screening and interviewing).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles.
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and manage communication with candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to better assess candidate skills and align with market demands.

Who You Are
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment at an IT organization.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms. Advanced level of English and Spanish.
