We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a high-growth, fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with TA platforms like Greenhouse, Notion, Tableau, or Lucidchart
- A collaborative approach to working with HR, recruiters, and business stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A genuine interest in employer branding, compliance, and documentation
- High attention to detail and a data-driven, structured way of thinking
What you'll be doing:
- Continuously review and optimize Greenhouse workflows and configurations to meet evolving business and team requirements.
- Design clear, efficient recruiting workflows and ensure comprehensive documentation to support consistency and scalability across all recruitment activities.
- Identify areas for improvement within existing processes and implement scalable data
- Own and maintain core TA platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Salesforce, Notion, Tableau, Lucidchart), collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors to drive system enhancements and integrations.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute key employer branding campaigns, content updates, and brand positioning efforts in partnership with the Brand & Communications team.
- Develop and launch a structured onboarding program to ensure new TA team members are set up for success.
- Establish and maintain detailed interview process documentation for each role to promote consistency and best practices.
- Create and manage structured interview guides and question banks tailored to each business vertical, ensuring alignment with competencies and role requirements.
- Drive key projects and initiatives, focusing on continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies across the TA function.
- Help design and implement dashboards and reporting systems to track key hiring metrics, pipeline health, recruiter performance, and other critical KPIs.
- Work closely with recruiters, HR, and business leaders to identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities in the hiring process and recommend actionable solutions.
