The Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to join our team of recruiters in Madrid. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top technical talent across our early careers and professional hiring, for our Spain, ensuring that our hiring needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment processes (from sourcing, to phone screening candidates and interviewing).
Collaborate directly with our hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and to define the candidate profiles required.
Utilise recruitment tools such as Linkedin, X-ray searching, Job boards, and the Workday ATS platform to identify, attract and progress qualified candidates.
Maintain and update the candidate database and manage communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to better assess candidate skills and align with market demands. Including target universities, talent communities and new talent pools.

Who You Are
1-3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment at an IT organization or recruitment agency.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques for both early careers talent and professional technical talent.
Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment and manage multiple hiring priorities.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday ideally) and recruitment platforms such as Linkedin.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with advanced level of English and Spanish required for working in a multi-cultural environment.
Not necessary, but if you have a Degree or equivalent, the degree backgrounds which could be useful include : Marketing, PR, Digital or Mass communications, HR, Business Admin, or Computer Science.
