In order to match this position, the incumbent must manage inside/telesales representatives who are responsible for the sale of advertising, media campaigns, and/or digital display ads to new and existing clients.

Administers/designs the inside internet/online ad representatives’ sales incentive plan. Trains, mentors, coaches, and supervises inside sales staff. Has thorough knowledge of the organization’s products/services. Prioritizes and allocates resources. May work across functions to enhance sales channel performance. Responsible for advertising sales revenue targets, market development, setting targets, and ensuring that revenue is generated.
