Opportunity
Your responsibilities
- Lead the team responsible for API and ADF development.
- Ensure code quality, reuse, and adherence to architectural standards.
- Guide integration design for client projects.
- Oversee task assignments, workload balance, and team capacity planning.
- Promote clean coding practices and engineering excellence.
- Support onboarding, growth, and professional development of engineers.
- Project Managers and Delivery Directors
- PMO (Governance, Training, Resource Planning)
- Sales and Pre-Sales Teams
- Operations & Enablement
- Client Success and Account Management
What you bring to the table
- Strong experience in API development and front-end frameworks (especially ADF).
- Ability to lead development teams in a delivery setting.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, integration layers, and component design.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and DevOps pipelines.
- Tools: Postman, Git, JIRA, Jenkins, Oracle ADF, etc.
