As a Vendor Manager in our digital organization, and in close collaboration with Global Procurement, you will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing our relationships with third-party Vendors to support our Digital Transformation and innovation initiatives. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that defined KPIs are seamlessly deployed across all Digital areas, drive value for the Organization and that our main Suppliers deliver accordingly to their commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee supplier performance management from a digital standpoint, ensuring optimal collaboration and efficiency. Serve as the primary liaison for Procurement, facilitating seamless communication and alignment.
2. Centralize vendor-related activities within the digital organization, acting as the main point of contact and consolidating efforts across all functions to ensure cohesive and streamlined operations.
3. Lead and coordinate the development of new Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW), ensuring clarity, compliance, and strategic alignment with organizational goals.
Supplier Performance Management and Optimization:
- Develop and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure Vendor Performance.
- Create and maintain scorecards to track and report on vendor performance metrics.
- Regularly review and update KPIs to align with business goals and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance against established KPIs.
- Identify areas for improvement and work with vendors to implement optimization strategies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to vendors.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance vendor management efficiency.
- Identify potential risks related to vendor performance and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports on vendor performance for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of all vendor interactions, contracts, and performance evaluations.
Centralize vendor-related activities
Contract Execution:
- Oversee the execution of vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with Legal and Procurement teams to adapt contract terms if necessary.
- Monitor contract renewals and amendments, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Provide relevant inputs to Procurement in preparation for renewals or negotiations.
First Level Escalation for Non-Performance:
- Act as the first level of escalation issues related to vendor non-performance, by handling immediate issues with vendor performance
- Investigate and resolve performance issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address performance gaps.
- Involve Procurement for further escalation need.
Lead and coordinate the development of new Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW):
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including digital, legal, contract specialists, and tax, to support the development of new MSAs and SOWs.
- Serve as the primary liaison for the procurement organization, ensuring effective coordination of key stakeholders in the TSA exit contract setup.
About you:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, contract management or a related role within a digital organization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Computer science, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing supplier performance and optimizing vendor relationships with key digital market partners.
- Experience in developing and implementing KPIs and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with contract management, including MSAs and SOWs.
