Supply Chain Specialist - Order Book Management

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The main objective of Market Operations & Optimization is the partnership management between wholesale stakeholders and SCM function and consequently it becomes the Single Point of Contact of Supply Chain within the clusters.
Market Operations & Optimization is responsible for managing and coordinating the complete process from order entry to delivery of all products to the customers according to the resource and product availability within the supply chain organization which satisfy the sales and demand needs of the customers and markets.
Market Operations & Optimization works to ensure maximum stock allocation and OTIF results for cluster. It also supports the business financial targets and the on time and in full delivery (OTIF) highlighting risk and/or opportunities through WE standard availability reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities
:
To execute system and communication related activities which improve COTA/OTA and timely COTIF/OTIF conversion across cluster in line with business financial targets. Manage and provide service excellence to all relevant interfaces to ensure order book execution, issue resolutions and integrity on time product availability & outbound delivery and order book conversion.
Analyze by zone Micro Strategy based reports to analyze the COTA/OTA and COTIF/OTIF gap. Work closely with key business areas communicating actions, highlighting opportunities such as delivery block, Arun allocation to pro-actively improving COTIF
Drive order book conversion using WE standard reporting for driving order book conversion; Act pro-actively for reducing COTA/COTIF/OTA/OTIF and LOTA/LOTDN gap.
Provide transparency/reports of order book for driving order book conversion and act pro-actively for reducing OTA/OTIF gap

Support on
day-to-day activities
to ensure release of the orderbook according to the SCM strategy and aligned with CS/Sales requirements
Analyze and report all not bought required information/data in a closely collaboration with Demand Planning, Purchasing and Sales/Customer Service
Execution on all sales order book related requests of incoming to centralized mail-box (point of contact from Sales/Customer Service and European Distribution Centers)
Drive the Delay management process by sharing late orderbook with Customer Service managers, highlighting issues and manage actions to be taken in collaboration with the SCM Inbound team.
Analyze and report all not bought required information/data in a closely collaboration with Demand Planning, Purchasing and Sales/Customer Service
Provide visibility of order book not mapped against stock and take appropriate actions (e.g. cancellation, swapping, stock transfer)
Monitor outbound order book of delivery note creation/transfer with potential delays and take appropriate actions (DN prioritization, max DN qty, BID, PGI, Credit etc.)
Coordinate and monitor outbound activities for booking accounts, be the SPOC for the customer for deliveries issues
Secure handling, availability and on time order-book conversion related to the pre-pack campaigns and game plan for yearend deliveries
Action regular order book cleanse for contracts/reservations and secure local orderbook is compliant with Contracts rules.
Work cross functionally with other SCM-teams and commercial business partners to ensure that projects and initiatives are supported & implemented and globally as required
Collaborate and support order fulfillment process alignments with the goal of making continuous business improvements within Europe organization; highlight requirements, include process documentation and initiating ideas for improvements
Development and circulation of Europe SCM department KPI management reports. Discussed and communicated during the cluster key stakeholder management meetings.

Ability to work independently with moderate guidance on several projects simultaneously
Strong evidence of reporting and analytical skills
Fluent in English written and oral supported by excellent communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, Power Point); SAP AFS knowledge;

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum of Qualifications:

4-year college or university degree required, focus on Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
Industry experience preferred
