What you'll be doing?
As an Accountant, your role will be crucial in managing and processing our financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our Accounts Payable operations:
- Accounts payable and cash (bookkeeping, accounting, payments..)
- Manage and maintain invoice files
- Cost control and analysis
- Control and reconciliation of specific accounts
- Supplier statements reconciliation
- Month-end close activities
- Support on other G/L, AR activities
- Contact for suppliers and support for internal functions (procurement, sales, CS)
- Collaboration on external audits and internal control processes
What are we looking for?
- Academic degree related to Finance and/or accounting
- At least 4 years experience in Accounts Payable & Accounting in a multinational company
- Used to work with ERPs
- Advanced user of Excel (complex formulas and functions, pivot tables, macros, data analysis, modeling)
- Control and reconciliation minded
- Good level of English
- Flexible, proactive, analytical, problem solving, strong organizational skills
- Good knowledge of the accounting rules and standards
