Provide information and support to clients and students - in face to face contacts, by email , What's Up and phone;
Monitor and keep the premises in good order, monitor supplies;
Work closely with director to make sure that the academy operates smoothly.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work with social media is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Previous experience in admin and/or customer service is an advantage
