Meaningful Work From Day One:
The Associate Brand Manager will collaborate with the Brand Manager in analyzing brand challenges and creating and executing brand initiatives.
The Associate Brand Manager will plan, develop, coordinate, and direct the execution of brand communication initiatives for paid media, activation, and PR on all channels (including on and off-premise).
This position should provide relevant information to the brand manager on consumers, markets, and competencies to contribute to building brand performance and value.

Main Objectives:
- Actively contribute to the construction of powerful and long-lasting brands.
- Contribute effectively to the conception, creation, execution, and monitoring of annual brand plans.
- Direct the development, execution, and monitoring of brand initiatives across channels and platforms.
- Develop leadership and convincing skills within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the development of annual brand plans.
- Develop periodic brand reviews, identifying key challenges and opportunities, and translating them into proposals that can be implemented.
- Analyze and synthesize brand KPIs (SOM, DISTRIBUTION, KBHM, etc.), generating relevant information.
- Monitor and supervise the P&L of the brand.
- Responsibility and monthly control of A&P budget.
- Analyze industry and competitor trends and activities, presenting proposals for key findings.
- Develop monthly brand reports with key information and recommendations.
- Direct and manage strategic partnerships (agencies, internal areas, and staff, customers, suppliers, etc.).
- Create briefs, projections of proposals and recommendations, as well as manage daily work (follow-up, feedback, etc.).
- Management of assigned projects: time, resources, project closure; results, key learning.
- Total responsibility for the VAP platform.
- Market visits (On & Off Premise) to ensure the proper execution of the brand strategy, and detect and solve areas of opportunity.
- Interaction of strategic partners as co-responsible for the assigned brand.
- Presentation of marketing initiatives to the sales force, trade marketing, and other audiences.
- Ensure that brand guidelines are executed according to brand strategy in paid media, BTL, PR, and on and off-trade.
- Build a solid internal network.
- Total responsibility for daily brand management activities (invoice control, MMR system).
What You Bring to the Table:
- Education: Bachelor's or Equivalent, Marketing, Business, or similar.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of proven brand-building and marketing success stories.
- Preferably in FMCGs' global companies and recognized brands.
- English: Intermediate (both written and spoken)

- Mastery of the latest trends in graphic design, web, and audiovisual production.
- Interaction with global brand teams.
- Market research (brand, category, competitors, and consumers - Nielsen / ISCAM), digital marketing focused on the end consumer.
- Understanding of finance and brand P&L.
- Leadership of multifunctional teams.

- Experience: preferably in the Wine & Spirits, ready-to-drink (RTD), beer, or FMCG industries.
