At ROCHE, as a leading laboratory with a strong commitment to innovation and improving patients' quality of life, we are looking for a Brand Champion to join the Central Nervous System Squad (formed by Medical Experts and Brand Champion as part of the Core team of the therapeutic area). Reporting to the Brand Lead, the main mission of the Brand Champion will be to define and lead the integrated strategy of the therapeutic area's products so that all patients who need it can have the best treatment as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities:
Lead and develop the omnichannel strategy for the product/indication, with a "patient-centric" and multidisciplinary approach throughout the life cycle, together with the therapeutic area Squad.
Actively participate in the iSquad, in order to ensure co-creation of the strategy with the field to have a customer vision in the preparation of materials.
Lead the development of annual plans for assigned brands and drive the implementation of national actions.
Support the implementation of regional plans at the Ecosystem level.
Proactively participate in international iSquads and/or iCommunities forums, proposing constructive improvements, facilitating information flow, and representing all members of the affiliate's squad.
Ensure a continuous and transparent flow of information from Central Squad to Ecosystems.
Integrate knowledge and analysis of the internal and external environment into the product strategy, based on insights from different stakeholders (doctors, payers, patients), as well as market studies and other sources of competitive intelligence.
Develop and participate in customer-oriented activities.
Ensure the proper use of resources by establishing value activities and monitoring the plan every 120 days.
Proactively share and collaborate with the rest of the company's BCs.
Generate effective and quality promotional activities and materials.
Maintain a positive and constructively critical attitude, assuming and supporting company decisions.
Who you are:
Bachelor's Degree preferably in health sciences or scientific disciplines and postgraduate studies (MBA or similar) desirable.
High level of spoken and written English and Spanish.
Minimum 2 years of previous experience as Product/Brand Manager and/or other functions directly connected with the Spanish hospital market.
Desirable experience in neurology and leadership in product launches.
Proven leadership in cross-functional projects.
Experience in field positions will be highly valued.
Availability to travel.
