Your Role

B&D Group is the market leader in garage doors and automation technology. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and strengthening B&D Group’s market presence.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be accountable for developing, maintaining and expanding relationships with prospective and established customers. You will innovate with customers, challenging the status quo and establish needs for additional products/services.

With our full support and training, you will become a trusted advisor, leveraging a structured sales approach to challenge, guide, and empower customers toward profitable success. Every interaction will be an opportunity to demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a passion for helping businesses thrive.

Additionally, you will collaborate with our top independent and prefab partners across WA, with regional travel required once or twice per quarter, typically for a few days.
